This is a fully remodeled luxury 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom House. Unique modern, rustic design with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, New appliances, Kitchen with built in hbanquet, large laundry room, ensuite Master bedroom and 2 stall garage. Furnished with brand new, comfortable furnishings. Very private setting with large shade trees, a cozy front porch, back patio and great outdoor entertainment space. Located in the country with a private pond, biking/walking trails and horses grazing in the back pasture. 5 minutes to Wildlife Prairie Park, 10 minutes from the Greater Peoria Airport (General Wayne Downing, GWD) and 12 minutes to the Shoppes at Grand Prairie outdoor mall and Hyvee grocery. 15 minutes to the Louisville Slugger Sport Complex and restaurants. We own the adjacent property and just a short hike through the trails we have a small animal farm, swimming & fishing lake, wakeboard cable course, water slide, sand volleyball, and indoor pickleball/basketball/volleyball court. We are happy to host for those activities if prior arrangements are agreed upon.

Summary: The property was very clean and well stocked. Amy is quick to communicate and welcoming. The kids enjoyed playing at the owner's property (swimming, feeding animals, outdoor play). Wonderful property and would definitely stay again!

Summary: We wanted a place for 3 couples to gather and reconnect. This renovated home was perfect. Plenty of parking on a quiet road and a fully stocked kitchen. The home has been completely renovated and is perfect for short term living. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and comfy beds. The 3 full bathrooms are thoughtfully laid out. Plenty of room to create group meals. And a relaxing fire pit perfect for S’mores . Thank you, Amy .

Summary: The property was perfect for our family of four, but could have easily accommodated two more people. We loved how there were two living areas. We were able to watch birds and animals from the sitting area next to the kitchen. It was so quiet, and we were able to see lots of stars at night. It was very relaxing. Amy went out of her way to make us all feel welcome. We got to meet the animals on her homestead and feed them. I think my boys will remember this trip for a long time. We hope to come back soon!

Summary: The home was beautiful and peaceful. We were there in the spring so it wasn't quite nice enough outside to sit around the fire pit, but the back patio was lovely! The beds were very comfortable, great kitchen and amenities. The home was only about two minutes from Wildlife Prairie Park, which was the reason for our visit. I highly recommend staying in this house rather than in the park accommodations!Amy and her family were incredibly kind and helpful, we really enjoyed meeting them! Our kids could not believe their eyes when we toured their farm, and couldn't get enough of roller skating inside their "barn".We didn't visit the Prairie Park as much as we would like in the past because there weren't any good accommodations until now! We will be back!!

Summary: Such a beautiful property and remodeled home! They did such a great job with the home and updates, the bathrooms are modern and the bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is wonderful with brand new appliances and everything you need. We will definitely come back again!

Summary: This house was one of our favorite vacation rentals. It was very spacious and clean and came stocked with many amenities. The owners were extremely friendly and attentive. The location was beautiful and private. We grilled out, had a fire in the fire pit, and enjoyed walking the trails. We spent a lot of time entertaining our friends and family in the area. It was the perfect vacation rental for our needs! I would highly recommend this property to others!!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is clean and inviting. Plenty of comfortable seating with beautiful view out the back to the pond with deer, horses in the distance, and various other wildlife to enjoy watching. Plenty of space for all 6 of us to fit around the dinner table. The beds were comfy and it was nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. We didn’t have any issues with the house but did have a couple of questions for the owner,Amy, to which she responded very promptly and was very friendly and helpful. Being from a bigger city this was a nice stay out in the country where we could enjoy the scenery around us away from a busy city. However, every place you would want to visit is a quick, easy drive. We highly recommend this lovely home!

Summary: Such an incredible gift to meet Amy + her family! The home is beautifully designed + set up with everything needed for an incredible getaway! Check in was so smooth, communication was absolutely next level, Amy + her family went above + beyond to make our stay special in every way. As amazing as all this was, the very best part for me was waking up from a very comfy bed, surrounded by peaceful beauty + sipping my morning cup with the most incredible view out every window. We decided as a family that this is our new spot for our return trips to IL!
